Log in and open your settings page: Chaturbate’s help says Auto Refill can be turned on or off there at any time; the refill amount can be edited only on desktop. Source: [Chaturbate help — How do I buy tokens?](https://support.chaturbate.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036511091-How-do-I-buy-tokens), read 2026-11-02: “You can turn this feature on or off at any time in your settings page.” … “but you can choose to override it in your settings (can only be edited on desktop).” 2. Turn Auto Refill off. Its help says that, when on, it reloads your most recent token amount with your most recent payment method once the balance drops below 10% of that purchase, and that it works with credit card purchases only. Source: [Chaturbate help — How do I buy tokens?](https://support.chaturbate.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036511091-How-do-I-buy-tokens), read 2026-11-02: “Auto Refill is an optional new capability that automatically replenishes your account with tokens when its balance drops below 10% of your last purchase. This feature is only available for credit card purchases.” … “When it is on, tokens will be automatically reloaded with your most recent payment method and token denomination.” 3. Open My Profile (top right) → Memberships to cancel a Supporter membership or other upgraded memberships; its help says an email confirms the end date of your upgraded access. Source: [Chaturbate help — How do I cancel my supporter membership?](https://support.chaturbate.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036468611), read 2026-11-02: “You can easily manage your memberships on desktop by clicking 'My Profile' on the top right of the site. Go to the 'Memberships' tab. When you cancel, you'll get an email confirming the end date of your upgraded access.” 4. Cancel each card-paid fan club on the same Memberships tab; its help says a confirmation email gives the date your fan club access ends. Its help also says a fan club paid by card keeps billing at the price you signed up with, while one bought with tokens is renewed by signing up again at the broadcaster’s new price. Source: [Chaturbate help — How do I cancel a fan club membership?](https://support.chaturbate.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037110472-How-do-I-cancel-a-fan-club-membership), read 2026-11-02: “You can easily cancel a fan club membership by clicking "My Profile" on the top right of the site, and then clicking on the "Memberships" tab. Upon cancellation you will receive a confirmation email along with the date your fan club access will end.”; [Chaturbate help — What happens if a broadcaster changes their fan club price?](https://support.chaturbate.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037480731-What-happens-if-a-broadcaster-changes-their-fan-club-price), read 2026-11-02: “Fan Club Purchased with Credit Card When a fan club price is changed, you will continue to be billed at the price you signed up with.” … “Fan Club Purchased with Tokens If the price of a fan club changes, you'll need to pay the broadcaster's new price to sign up again when you renew your membership.” 5. Optional: the “Disable Account” link at the bottom of the home page (shown only when you are logged in) deactivates the account; its help says an account deactivated for over 120 days cannot be reactivated. Source: [Chaturbate help — How do I deactivate my account?](https://support.chaturbate.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036103452-How-do-I-deactivate-my-account), read 2026-11-02: “You can deactivate your account by selecting the "Disable Account" link at the bottom of the Chaturbate home page. Note that you must be logged in to see this link.” … “Please note, accounts that have been deactivated for over 120 days cannot be reactivated.” Each step names the page it comes from, or says that it is CamRanks’ own advice.
