DXLIVE’s FAQ says you do not have to buy a membership, only points, and need not worry about a monthly payment; CamRanks has no auto-purchase or renewal setting on file. Source: [DXLIVE FAQ](https://en.dxlive.com/faq.html), read 2026-11-02: “No you don't, but you do need to purchase points before you start chatting with the girls. In any case, you don't need to worry about a monthly payment” 2. Its terms (updated February 2025) say you cancel the account by contacting DXLIVE with your screen name and the card number you signed up with. Source: [DXLIVE Terms and Conditions (updated February 2025)](https://en.dxlive.com/terms.html), read 2026-11-02: “Members may cancel their account at any time by contacting DXLIVE by clicking here. To ensure prompt and effective cancellation, please provide your DXLIVE screen name and your credit-card number used to establish your account.” 3. Its FAQ says points are non-refundable once purchased; its terms add that asking the card company for a refund directly gets you blacklisted, so contact support first. Source: [DXLIVE FAQ](https://en.dxlive.com/faq.html), read 2026-11-02: “No, once purchased, points are non-refundable.”; [DXLIVE Terms and Conditions (updated February 2025)](https://en.dxlive.com/terms.html), read 2026-11-02: “If you contact the payment processor or credit card company directly and ask them for a refund, our system will automatically assume that the charge came from a stolen credit card and will therefore blacklist you from ever returning to our website.” Each step names the page it comes from, or says that it is CamRanks’ own advice. Menu labels change, and none of these steps was tried inside a logged-in account. We do not promise refunds. ## If a charge posts CamRanks has no auto-refill or renewal setting on file for DxLive. Keep your purchase emails; contact platform support if a charge you did not make posts. ## Refunds and unknown charges Before asking for a refund, ask DxLive support which purchases it treats as already used. For a charge you do not recognise, use the steps and their order on [DxLive’s statement page](https://camranks.com/trust/dxlive-billing-descriptor/). We do not give legal advice.
