Every step below cites LoyalFans’ own pages, read 2026-11-02; none was tried inside a logged-in account. Open https://www.loyalfans.com/my-friends/subscribed and press CANCEL for each creator subscription you no longer want, or cancel from the top of that creator’s timeline. No LoyalFans statement text is logged, so ask support what a charge will read. - **Setting to turn off:** None on file - **Renewal to cancel:** Creator subscription - **On the statement:** Not logged yet Updated 2 November 2026. Every step cites LoyalFans’ own pages, read 2026-11-02; nothing was checked inside a logged-in account. ## How do I cancel the LoyalFans creator subscription? 1. Open [loyalfans.com/my-friends/subscribed](https://www.loyalfans.com/my-friends/subscribed) and press CANCEL for each creator subscription you no longer want, or cancel from the top of that creator’s timeline. Source: [LoyalFans help — How to cancel a subscription](https://loyalfans.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/9455677313820-How-to-cancel-a-subscription), read 2026-11-02: “Visit this page to see all of your active subscriptions: https://www.loyalfans.com/my-friends/subscribed -- all you have to do is press the CANCEL button and you will not be rebilled again” … “You can also cancel the subscription on the top of the timeline of the person you're following” 2. LoyalFans’ help on free trials, discounted subscriptions and bundles says a 10-cent test charge confirms the card and is refunded promptly, and that after a creator’s free trial the first month is charged when the trial ends and billing then recurs until you cancel the creator subscription; a 3-, 6- or 12-month bundle renews automatically for the same length at the same rate unless you cancel before it ends. Source: [LoyalFans help — Free Trials, Discounted Subscriptions, and Bundles](https://loyalfans.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/9455895732380-Free-Trials-Discounted-Subscriptions-and-Bundles), read 2026-11-02: “We perform a nominal 10-cent test charge to confirm the card's validity. Rest assured, this amount will be refunded to your card promptly.” … “You'll be charged for the first month's subscription upon completion of the trial period. This billing process will continue on a recurring basis until you decide to cancel your subscription with the creator.” … “Creators may provide the option of subscription bundles, which could be for durations of 3, 6, or 12 months.” … “Upon expiry, your subscription will automatically renew for another cycle of the same length at the same rate as your original purchase. You can cancel at any time before this bundle subscription ends.” 3. CamRanks has no tip wallet auto-refill on file for LoyalFans: its terms describe prepaid Wallet Credits and say a payment above your Wallet balance is charged to your card in full. Source: [LoyalFans terms of service](https://www.loyalfans.com/terms-conditions), read 2026-11-02: “You may prepay amounts into your account (“Wallet Credits”) that can be used for Fan Payments.” … “If a Fan Payment exceeds your Wallet Credit balance, your payment card will be charged for the full amount.” 4. Its terms say deleting the account or withdrawing a payment method does not automatically cancel a creator subscription, so cancel it explicitly; you keep access to the end of the current period. (The same terms add that once a fan account is deleted, no further subscription charges apply.) Source: [LoyalFans terms of service](https://www.loyalfans.com/terms-conditions), read 2026-11-02: “Deleting your LoyalFans account or withdrawing a payment method does not automatically cancel your Subscription; you must do so explicitly.” … “If you cancel a Subscription, you will continue to have access to the Creator’s Content until the end of the current Subscription period.” … “If you are a Fan, your account will be deleted within a reasonable time, and no further Subscription charges will apply.” 5. If cancelling does not work, its help gives support@loyalfans.com. Source: [LoyalFans help — How to cancel a subscription](https://loyalfans.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/9455677313820-How-to-cancel-a-subscription), read 2026-11-02: “If you're still having problems, please contact support@loyalfans.com and we'll be able to assist you further.” Each step names the page it comes from, or says that it is CamRanks’ own advice. Menu labels change, and none of these steps was tried inside a logged-in account. We do not promise refunds. ## After you cancel Save the confirmation and note the date the membership ends. If you close the account, cancel any creator subscription first. If a charge still posts, contact whom the steps above name. ## Refunds and unknown charges Before asking for a refund, ask LoyalFans support which purchases it treats as already used. For a charge you do not recognise, use the steps and their order on [LoyalFans’ statement page](https://camranks.com/trust/loyalfans-billing-descriptor/). We do not give legal advice.
