Auto-refill and clubs are often different controls. ## Common questions **Q: Will CamRanks get me a refund?** A: No: CamRanks is not party to the purchase. Ask the platform’s billing support which purchases it treats as already used; involve the issuer if the charge is not yours. **Q: Where do I start if I don’t remember the brand?** A: Match amount and date to purchase emails, then use the trust directory. We do not invent statement labels.
