I need the rules of free watch before I pick a site
What stays free — and what already costs money
On freemium tip sites, many public rooms stay watchable without a purchase. Chat listening is often free; tips, toy triggers, fan clubs and private shows cost tokens. A signup is not a subscription, but a saved card plus auto-refill can create recurring buys — disable auto-refill before any card test. This guide explains those rules; the free-cams ranking compares platforms for browse-first fit.
Watching public rooms is the free part on these 5 freemium sites; tips, toy triggers, fan clubs and private shows are paid in tokens. CamRanks’ notes say Stripchat, Chaturbate and BongaCams let you browse without a card, but none of those notes has a source on file, so check before you register.

Paid private networks (LiveJasmin, Streamate) if free browsing is all you want: their records list free chat or free live video, but what they sell is paid private time.
Common questions
How is this guide different from the free-cams ranking?
This guide explains free-tier rules, limits and auto-refill traps. /rankings/free-cams/ ranks platforms for browse-first fit with Visit links. Use both: rules here, side-by-side pick there.
Do free cam sites stay free after signup?
Public rooms often stay free to watch. Chat, tips, toys, fan clubs and privates can still charge. Signup alone is not a subscription, but stored cards plus auto-refill can create recurring buys.
Which free site should I try first?
Stripchat if you care about toys/VR in tip rooms; Chaturbate if you want a broad English public catalog. Confirm free-tier notes on each review, then compare the shortlist on the free-cams ranking.
