How do BeiAnrufSex charges end?
BeiAnrufSex sells per-minute calls, not a subscription: its terms (AGB) describe usage-based charges, priced per started minute and billed in 60-second steps, and CamRanks found no plan to cancel in them, so a charge ends when you hang up.

Calls are billed by the phone company of the line you called from (terms §6.2): a new BeiAnrufSex line on the bill means a new call from that line.

Ask your phone company what spending limit or block it offers for premium-rate numbers; the terms (§4.3) say it can set its own limits.

For a call you did not make, give your phone company and campoint AG (info@campoint.net, the contract partner in the terms) the date, time, number and amount of the line.

After a call
There is nothing to cancel: a call’s charge ends when you hang up. Keep the bill line with its date, time, number and amount.
