If a charge posts

Refunds and unknown charges

What a charge can read, page by page: CCbill.com or CCBilleu.com or SegPay.com per ImLive Terms of Use — Charges, Billing and Payments, read 2026-11-02; CCbill.com *I.M.L. SLU. or Epoch.com *I.M.L. SLU. per ImLive Customer Support — Credits and Purchases, read 2026-11-02. Two of the platform’s own pages, both read 2026-11-02, print different statement texts; the label lists every text either page gives, and CamRanks does not choose between them.

Before asking for a refund, ask IMLive support which purchases it treats as already used. For a charge you do not recognise, use the steps and their order on IMLive’s statement page. We do not give legal advice.
