How do I turn off LiveJasmin SmartBuy, its auto top-up?

1. Turn off SmartBuy: its FAQ says to go to your Settings and deselect the SmartBuy option. SmartBuy tops up your credit balance whenever it falls to 7 credits, by default with a 27.99 package.

2. Remove the saved default payment method: its FAQ says to open the “Payment methods” section of the “Get credits” page and press “Remove”.

3. Cancel a Pro Membership or Fan Club. Pro Membership: Settings > Pro Membership > Manage Subscription > Unsubscribe; its FAQ says it is charged every 30 days after the free trial and stays active until the next billing cycle. Fan Club: “My Content”, then “My Subscriptions” in the member menu; its terms say it renews every 30 days and ends at the end of the current period.

4. Club Elite is not one of these settings: its FAQ calls it a loyalty program that rewards you for being active on LiveJasmin.

5. Closing the account is a separate flow: on desktop, “Forget My Data” under Privacy Settings; on mobile, an email to help@livejasmin.com. For billing information its FAQ gives JWS Americas’ customer service at help@jwsbill.com.
