Its help says a FanClub paid by credit card renews automatically each month and one paid by Pix or account balance renews manually; its terms (in Portuguese, last updated 31 March 2026) say it renews automatically by card or from the account balance when the balance is enough, and that a Pix subscription does not renew automatically. Check the Automatic Renewal column whichever way you paid.
