How do I cancel the XLoveGay VIP subscriptions?

XLoveGay’s Add Credits page sells credits as one-off payments, “There are no recurring payments or rebilling” under Information, and its help answers the recurring-fee question with no, so no card reload needs switching off.

The wallet is shared with XLoveCam (the page says credits work “with any online model on the XLoveCam website”), so stop VIP renewals you started on XLoveCam there too.

To close the account, use “Close my account” at the bottom of “Your Account”; credits left are lost and cannot be moved to another account.

A card debit you do not recognise goes to the payment customer service that the Add Credits page reaches through Chat Support Live.
