How XLoveGay usually bills
XLoveGay sells credits for the same e-wallet as XLoveCam: its own Add Credits page says credits can be used “with any online model on the XLoveCam website” and that “There are no recurring payments or rebilling”. Monthly VIP subscriptions to gay performers are taken from the wallet (read 2026-10-08 from a US address).
Processor hint: An AC Webconnecting B.V. line comes from the “Credit Card” row of an Add Credits page, and XLoveGay’s and XLoveCam’s rows read the same, so the line cannot say which site you bought on. The other rows, as a US address is shown them: “Credit Card Rocketgate” (no statement text printed), “Paypal” (processor SegPay), Paysafecard and digital currency.
Identify the charge
- To tell an XLoveGay top-up from an XLoveCam one, log in on xlovegay.com and open “Your Account”: the help page says your latest transactions are listed there.
- Topped up through the PayPal row: the page names SegPay as that row’s processor, so look in your PayPal activity and in SegPay’s lookup.
Issuer / support order
- 01
If you have accounts on both sites, check “Your Account” on xlovegay.com and on xlovecam.com: the same AC Webconnecting B.V. line can come from either.
- 02
Paid through the PayPal row? Ask SegPay through its purchase lookup; the card processor does not hold that payment.
- 03
Then write to the billing department linked from XLoveGay’s help page with your username, the date and the amount, before any chargeback.
