If the purchase was yours, request a merchant refund first; its help says it refunds only the last package bought within 30 days with unused tokens, by card or PayPal.

Switch the Balance Auto-Refill panel off. Its help says Auto-Refill refills your balance with the last token package you bought manually and charges your last payment details on file, at most 4 times in 24 hours on cards and PayPal.

Cancel an Ultimate membership: click your username, then My Profile, the “My Subscriptions” tab and the “Ultimate membership” page, and press “Cancel Membership”.

Cancel any Fan Club subscription under “My Subscriptions” in the drop-down menu at the top right. Its help says a Fan Club renews each month unless you cancel it and, once cancelled, stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Save screenshots of the switched-off panel and any cancel confirmation. If a charge still posts, contact Stripchat support with the transaction time and amount before a bank dispute.
