If you do not recognise the charge

  1. Open the Oranum billing dashboard before calling the bank. Token packs and VIP clubs are the usual source.
  2. Disable auto-recharge. Step-by-step: cancel Oranum.
  3. Unused tokens are sometimes refundable inside a short window; crypto is usually not.
  4. A chargeback on a delivered private show is a ToS fight. Use it for unauthorised or duplicate captures, not buyer’s remorse.
