Overview
Cam4’s help (article 27, read 2026-10-08) says you can view all cams for free and, with a free account, chat in almost all of them; private shows and fan-club views are the exceptions. Spending is in tokens, and optionally a Gold membership.
Cancel a Gold membership with the company that sold it (Epoch, SegPay or DialXS, as its billing article links them). A Gold membership bought with tokens is rebilled from the token balance each month (article 77).
Fan club memberships also exist (articles 27 and 210), but no Cam4 page a guest can read gives their price or how they renew.

Token value
No Cam4 pack table is on file, so CamRanks prints no value per token; read the total at checkout. What is on file: Cam4 token cost: what is on file.
Coupons and discounts: CamRanks has logged no coupon or discount for Cam4; its promo log covers only the 5 platforms whose cashier it has observed. Logged promos.

For a charge you do not recognise, use the steps and their order on its statement page. The renewal on file is the Gold membership; no auto-refill setting is on file. Walkthrough: cancel Cam4.
