How Cam4 usually bills
Tokens in packages; Cam4’s help says “the more significant the package, the lower the cost” (article 254) and that token purchases carry a transaction fee (article 252). A Gold membership bought with tokens is rebilled from the token balance each month (article 77). Checkout options named on Cam4’s help pages: credit card, PayPal, Paysafe, “Pay by phone” (Commdoo), DialXS bank and card methods and, for US customers, gift cards (read 2026-10-08).
Processor hint: Cam4’s billing article says charges appear as GRANITY ENTERTAINMENT “for your discretion” and sends you to the company you paid through: Epoch (“Credit Card Support”), SegPay, DialXS for iDEAL, Bancontact, GiroPay, Sofort/Klarna, Dankort and card payments to CuroPayments, and Commdoo for pay-by-phone. Its article says your transaction ID can be found on your bank or credit card statement.
Identify the charge
- GRANITY ENTERTAINMENT on a card statement: Cam4’s article says your transaction ID can be found on your bank or credit card statement, and sends you to the company you paid through. For cards, the article names Epoch’s “Credit Card Support” and DialXS (card payments to CuroPayments); it lists SegPay without saying which payments it takes.
- Paid with iDEAL, Bancontact, GiroPay, Sofort/Klarna or Dankort: Cam4’s article sends these payments to DialXS, whose Cam4 support page it links.
- A Cam4 charge on a phone bill comes from “Pay by phone” through Commdoo (landlines in Germany, Austria and Switzerland; landlines and mobiles in the UK), not from a card.
- Gift cards (US customers only) need no credit card, the article says: the card is resold on a marketplace and its value paid out in tokens.
Issuer / support order
- 01
Cancel a Gold membership with the company that sold it: Epoch’s find-purchase page, SegPay’s portal or DialXS’s Cam4 cancel page, as the billing article links them.
- 02
Untick “Enable one click checkout for purchases” under My Account → Payment Options so a saved card cannot be charged again with one click (Cam4 help article 93).
- 03
For a purchase you did not make, contact the processor with the transaction ID first, then your card issuer; keep screenshots of the cancelled membership.
